New technology nano tube computers faster than silicon?

But we know silicon is very great semiconductor and nothing can beat it but making things with very small sizes such as nano this works because its clear you cannot get high performance with very much thin can do no no material density is lowand energy efficiency has no factor.
Nano tubes are very small in order of 1 to 44 nano meter and very complex to build them.
a computer can be made using 178 transistors now a days.
but this carbon nano tube build is a simple and basic model but upto 200 models to be tested
the recent test done using these transistors,reavaeled
when they run a program on both machines which lead nano tube computers build with carbon are fast
which could change the companies in the present market to build their smart phones,computers to build with it.
